The Gertrudes is from Kingston, Ontario. Their simplicity is what will probably make you fall in love with them. Take Six Jars for example. There’s something pleasantly familiar about the melody and damn the vocals are just so cozy. Not to mention the sounds of childhood just make you super nostalgic
