Northcote is Victoria based Matt Gould who was actually born in Saskatchewan. Could you believe he used to be in a hardcore band? Now in Northcote his voice carries the same passion but in a more melodic way. Here’s a track from their April 19th release Gather No Dust called Free Tonight where Matt’s voice just naturally melts with the gentle guitar chords and the heart beating drums.
