Lincoln Blache is a Juno nominated artist right out of Mississauga, my hometown, awesome. He was nominated for best dance recording in 2010. To be honest, I expected to hear some rap and R&B, but that’s not what he is. His indie pop music has a soulful R&B flare while maintaining a hook quality reminiscent in mainstream pop music. He’ll be doing a show at the El Macambo on February 25, 2011. Take a listen to You and Me the lead single off his Lincoln High EP to be released in March of 2011.
