Because Holy Fuck is fucking awesome here’s Stay Lit. This track in particular makes me think of Ratatat, so if you dig them you’ll dig this. Holy Fuck always has the ability to make their experimental electronic style so entrancing. Stay Lit comes off their 2010 release called Latin. If you haven’t yet, grab your copy at Amazon it’s a pretty amazing record.

I’m tired of studying for exams so I decided I needed a little craziness, and here’s where this track fits right in. I’m from Toronto, so you have probably noticed I post a lot of Toronto artists and Holy Fuck is a Toronto native. He is also a Polaris Prize nominee of 2009. They create electronic music, but not the kind that uses programmed backing tracks. They’re all about their live shits. The drums, the bass, the keyboard, the synths. You won’t find any laptop sounds here.
