Formed in 2006, Cowlick is a band that experiments without limiting themselves to any boundaries. One second you think they’re a little grunge-indie rock like in Thunder vs. Lightning, then the next second it can genre jump. For example in White Russians you totally got some hip-hop! Like it says in their bio, they are a sandwich of experimental goodness that encompasses folk, indie rock, psychedelia, hiphop. They’re always happy to work with others. Wires is their latest 8 track album that features a collaboration with Lee Reed. Here’s a sampler of what you’ll get in the album:
