I’ve grown quite fond of Chocolate Robots. Their tunes are simply catchy. I love their lo-fi upbeat happiness. There’s something about them that makes me think of The Strokes except I don’t tire as easy of their tunes. Check out Young Luff from their Bandcamp sampler.
Also I quite enjoy their 8 bit Website. I hope one day they do make some chocolate robots you can buy so I can eat them ;).

Whoa, looks like my our latest contributor has been mad at work this past week! I hope you’re enjoying his posts. Now here’s a hilariously fun song by a band that sounds just as cute as this song title. Impossible Princess reminds me of the days playing Mario and swearing every time the princess was stupid enough to get captured again. With the 8bit sounds in the background, how can you not think of your favourite video games? Now excuse me while I play some old school Donkey Kong.. yah the one where you have to jump over barrels and climb ladders to save the damn princess. Why can’t it ever be a prince instead?
