Congrats on Caribou for winning Electronic Album of the Year at Saturday’s ceremony of the Junos for their album Swim. I actually forgot how awesome it was until today when I pulled it out. Check out Bowls my favourite track of the album. The track encompasses everything I love about the group, the fact that they are electronic, but it has a very organic and creative feel because of the instrumentation. Doesn’t this song make you want to go into your kitchen and hit a whole bunch of pots and pans? Maybe that’s where the name comes from.
