Beware: this album of simple but infectious ditties will be stuck in your head for weeks after listening. Robert Rebselj wrote this album as a tribute to Limoilou, a neighbourhood of Quebec City, and the album is composed primarily of songs concerning either food or absurdity (sometimes both), all backed up by ukulele-focused melodies. A song about a moldy sandwich coming to life? Check. A song about Satan’s annoying neighbour? Check. A cover of a song from the American Civil War about eating peanuts? Check.
