[Listen/Download] Long Distance Runners- Election Day

0 Comments 19 March 2012

These Newfoundland rockers are new to me, but not new to east-coast Canada. On April 7th, they will release their album Tracks. It sounds pretty exciting as the group played all the instruments themselves, even if they didn’t know how to play some of them. They would borrow lap-steels, mandolins and banjos and just try to figure the parts out themselves. From what I hear in Election Day, they pick up quickly and I’m pretty stoked to hear the rest.
