Whitehorse is the fantastic duo (and married couple) of two great singer-songwriters, Melissa McClelland and Luke Doucet. Their professional and personal relationship adds a a kind of intimate romance to the music of the talented musicians who have been nominated for various Canadian awards. On August 30th in Canada and October 18th in the US, the two will release a debut self-titled album. Broken will be the first single. The song is about what the other person has lost in a breakup. The “You’re gonna miss me I’m gone” kind of song with a country flare.
