Welcome the weekend! The weather was pretty warm and beautiful today (until tonight’s thunderstorm). Some how the rumble of the thunderstorm lead me to listen to My First Earthquake. They’re a band headed by Rebecca Bortman. The one thing I love about this track is that it has both the bad-ass sort of indie rock quality but the crazy vibe to be able to jump up and down and have a mini dance party. The track is a sneak peak at their upcoming album Friction which comes out June 7, 2011.
