OMG A BAND FROM THE YUKON. Now I just need one from the North West Territories and Nunavut and I’ll have covered all of Canada in my Featured Canadian Artists list. If you do know a great band or artist from these areas do let me know. Like the name of the band sounds, Spring Breakups’s songs display a pessimistic view of relationships in a folk tone with ukuleles and banjos. It’s one of those albums you put on when you’re mad at your significant other. Here’s the title track of their latest LP It’s Not Me, It’s You which you can grab at Label Fantastic.
