You’ve probably heard Hawksley Workman’s music but were probably unaware it was his music. Right now his track Not Your Parent’s Music is featured in that Virgin Mobile commercial where those teens sneak behind a red curtain or something to get backstage into a concert. He has a well defined personal sound of alternative rock. Robot Heart is the lead single off his latest album Milk. In the track you see how effortless Hawksley is at writing a songs that have a perfect balance of being catchy yet creative. He’s known to create entire albums in just weeks. He released Milk only few months after Meat which was also released in 2010. On top of this, he is from Toronto!
