Handsome Furs is the duo of Dan Boeckner and his wife Alexei Perry from Montreal. Their songs are known for having a couple of elements that are repetitive all going at each other at once using mostly just a drum machine and a guitar. Cannot Get Started is a perfect example with the vocals sitting on top, each sound emotionally necessary.
