As the summer months approach, I thought it would be nice to share some of the songs I crank up as I’m working on my fitness.  I’ve recently started the Slim in 6 program again and aim to lose a couple more pounds in time for beach season.  I’ll post a few of my favourite songs to play in the background as I workout.  All of these are high-energy, body pumpin’, get-you-to-shake-your-ass type of songs.  I hope some of thses inspire you to get off your (fat) ass and work up a sweat!  All I need for motivation this summer is looking good in a bikini.  That’s all it ever takes for me.  Happy exercising, everyone!
