This was something I read about on Mashable. It is a campaign called Music Matters that is trying to rid of piracy or make people feel guilty by using music. What I don’t particularly understand is the concept in that it allows music shoppers to shop in an anti-piracy zone, but if you’re buying music in the first place aren’t you anti piracy? Does that mean that all legal free downloads should have the badge as well? That would be a little annoying of a process for us music bloggers out there who are just trying to spread some word of tracks in the world. What do you think about this?

Personally, I don’t know what they can achieve out of this. There always will be people buying music whether the economy sucks or not.
